Out-of-State Post-Secondary Institutions Registered to Offer Fully Online Education to Maryland Students

This is a list of institutions determined to be in compliance with the requirements of the Education Article, § 11-202.2 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, and COMAR 13B.05.01 for fully online programs. These institutions are registered with the Commission through June 30, 2023​, to enroll Maryland students in fully online distance education programs. The Commission’s registration of the fully online programs is not an authorization of the institution to operate in Maryland or an approval or endorsement of the institution’s programs. This list will be updated as institutions are approved to offer fully online programs in Maryland.
